Happy New Year!

I have been talking to my Creative Teams and some (I am still waiting to hear back from a few) have agreed to allow me to start offering you regular FREEBIES! Now that the holiday rush is over, I will post to my blog almost daily. You never know when I might post another FREEBIE, you won’t want to miss out, so be sure to check back often. My first freebie for the New Year is a Quick Page of one of the layouts I made with Homework Hideaway by Scrap Kitten! (See below)

In addition, each month a different Creative Team will sponsor a contest here on my blog. This month’s sponsor is SCRAP KITTEN! Leave a comment on any of the Scrap Kitten postings on my blog and at the of the month I will pick a name a random to win 20% off Scrap Kitten products and quick pages of ALL the Scrap Kitten layouts I make for the month of January!!! (There will be at least four, counting today’s freebie!)

Scrap Kitten is currently on the hunt for two Guest Creative Team Members, with the possibility of a permanent position at the end of the month. You can find all the info you need to become a guest CT member on the Scrap Kitten Blog.

Looking for the perfect Quote to use on your layout? Look no further, Scrap Kitten has got you covered! Check out the Scrap Kitten Quotes page.

Want more FREEBIES? Sign up for the Scrap Kitten newsletter to receive a FREE KIT. Then head over to the FREEBIES page to find even more! (There are some great templates and more kits there!)

Need some inspiration? Scrap Kitten hosts a new contest each week. There is still time to get in on this weeks contest, and win ANOTHER FREE KIT at the Scrap Kitten Contest Page.

Today, I am sharing with you two layouts I made with Homework Hideaway by Scrap Kitten. Fonts are LDJ Tickled Tourist and LD Penelope. Just to let you know, the medal on the second layout is NOT a Scrap Kitten element. I scanned the actual medal given to my son. Click here to download your FREE QP of the first layout below. (Text not included) LINK EXPIRED

We are so proud and happy for our son to have made Student of the Month in December! Not only that, he made honor roll too!! AND not a single bad behavior or “needs improvement” mark anywhere! This is a testament to just how wonderful the special needs school he is in now, really is. Completely opposite from how things were for him in public school, just a year ago (and most of the years pervious). The journaling on one of the pages in this two page layout “All it takes is a teacher who cares” pretty much sums things up
