These layouts are of 3 of my Day Care children. “My girls” as I call them. Aren’t they just the sweetest things?!
I loved working with Babette’s “Dreaming Paper Pack”. These layouts went together so easily, I felt like I was cheating. I kept looking at them wondering what more I could/should do. But decided they are fabulous the way they are! LOL The font on the multi photo layout is LDJ Tickled Tourist and Freebooter Script on the layout with one photo. The photo in the above layout is one of my favorites of this child. I am planning on making a brag book for the parents for Christmas….I just need to make myself wait until then to let them see this page! hat will be hard since I want to email it to them right now! LOL

It is not often you find a digi scrap kit that is all about airplanes. Got a pilot in the family? While “Fly Away” by Saskia Bokkers seems to have been made for scrap-booking travel pages, you can see it works very nicely with the USAF dress uniforms. It would also be perfect for scrap-booking a model airplane hobby or those photos of your little one playing with his or her toy airplanes. I made theses layouts in a snap, thanks to Rebecca Myers “12×12 Page Templates 1”.
Oh, and no my daughter is not in the Air Force, she is in the AFJRROTC. (Air Force Junior Reserved Officer Training Corp) The photos are of a field trip her unit took to Randall Air Force Base.

Doodle Pets by Calico is such a sweet set! I am not usually one for pastels, or things that look like cartoons. But this kit is the exception to the rule. The colors work well together and the patterns are so cute! Love the rope/yarn style embellishments. The Puppy Love page is made with a template form Rebecca Myers 12×12 Page Templates 1. True Heart is yet another gorgeous kit by Ruby Rynne. There are so many beautiful elements in this kit, it was hard not to go crazy and try to use everything. It will also be my son’s birthday in a few days so I thought we should celebrate with a freebie!
I made my freebie kit with the help of Raspberry Road Designs “Designers Tool Box”. The colors were inspired by a challenge over at Plain Digital Wrapper called “Dabbling In Design”. I found Plain Digital Wrapper the other day and made the below layout for the “Mix and Match with Betsy” challenge. (The kit used was a challenge prop.) Unfortunately, I was having trouble with getting kicked off the site and logging back in, had to reset my password a couple times. In dealing with all that, I forgot to link my post in the gallery to the challenge thread and missed out on the fabulous posting prize Betsy was offering. That was a bummer because I really wanted that kit. Oh well, I ended up with this very special layout of my son.
Actually, the below layout is a combination of a few challenges. Can you guess I love to participate in discrap challenges? LOL – Besides the one at PDW I also entered this layout in the “Gotta Journal” and “Quote This” challenges over at Gotta Pixel. I love when multiple challenges come together to create one fantastic layout. This will be one I will treasure forever.

So today I did some Christmas layouts. Hope you like!
The “Christmas is coming” page kit by Dawn Inskip along with Rose McDigital’s “Sketch Template Mega Pack” were the perfect way to quickly scarp these Christmas pictures! I love that the template pack includes several multi photo templates for when you have lots of pictures. I think the Bleeding Cowboys font blends well with the background papers. The font used on the multi photo gifts page is LD Comfort. Click here for the Page Kit and here for the Template Pack.
I changed the coloring on the big photo above and both the photos below to match the 3 small once across the top of the above layout. Don’t know why those 3 came out so orange, but I could not get them to lighten up with out looking grainy.

I have a couple more pages to do from this event but I am working on getting the red eye out of one set of photos and trying to lighten up some photos of Christmas lights. As soon as I have time to read through the tuts:)

I am so excited to be joining the Seaside Scraps creative team. I am doing the happy dance! I chose Calico’s Birthday Bliss for my fist assignment. I have been wishing for a kit like this for awhile. In fact when I was looking in the Seaside shop, deciding if I wanted to join the CT or not; I saw Birthday Bliss and thought of ASKING if Calico could be my first assignment. But I did not ask. (I did not want it to seem like I was joining just to get this kit for free.) THEN I got the email saying I was assigned to Calico! Am I lucky or what?! I LOVE all the products at Seaside, makes me feel like a kid in a candy store! I love the vibrant colors and fun patterns in Birthday Bliss. I still have a couple more pages to do from this event but I am so excited, I just wanted to share what I have done so far. I used Rebecca Meyer’s Page templates on the first two layouts, the third and fourth layouts are Scraplift and Template Challenges over at Seaside Scraps.

I made these layouts with Babette’s Strawberry Kiss Kit. I saw the colors in the kit and knew right away it would match perfect with DD’s Pajamas. My how she loves those pajamas and boots! (LOL) I tried to convey her love of poppers in these layouts. She has such fun with them! Font is LD Comfort. Click the layouts to be taken to the kit.
